Refund Policy

Pleia7 is currently free. This policy will apply if paid plans are introduced.

Cooling-off period

Under UK consumer law you can cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you start using paid features during that time, we may deduct a fair amount for what you used.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. You keep paid access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Problems

If something isn't working as described, contact us and we'll fix it or offer a partial or full refund.

How to ask

Email pleia7.official@gmail.com with the email on your account. We aim to reply within 5 working days, and refunds go back to your original payment method.
